Frustrations!!
It is a common feeling for every Human beings of the World.
It is a feeling of being isolated as a result of being unable to get something.
It is closely related to Anger, Annoyance or Disappointments when a Person’s
Goals are denied.
Frustration is of two types, Internal and External. Internal frustration will be developed when a Person’s personal Goals are not achieved.
This kind of Frustration is due to Lack of confidence or due to fear of the
Society.
External frustration is developed when an event or action
hinder the satisfaction of individuals. In other words, Feeling that caused due
to the Block progress of an Individual towards a Goal. It can be caused through
the People or Situations.
“Personally, she was frustrated to the core when she couldn’t
continue her Studies. She faced difficulties during her Graduation-Drop. She
was helpless with million Dreams. She drew a Question Tag herself!! Friendship?
That time, it was all about Priorities and Possessiveness. Neither Family nor
Friends helped her to overcome her Fears. I would blame Immaturity and lack of
Understanding as a 2 major Mistakes.
She tried to learn something new, but that had become pointless because of Beloved Peoples’ ridiculous and liable talks. If she couldn’t tackle the boneless talks, how will she face the society?
She decided to break the Barriers!! She did come out of the
Frustrations through the city life. She managed herself with the Society. Do you really think that she will get
Frustrations in future? I don’t think so, because she maintains the happy mood
throughout the Day surrounded Positive people. She always tells me to have the favorite Food
during the Time of Frustration. “This will reduce your disabilities and Calm
your Mind”- She added”
Side Effects of
Frustration:
- Dry Mouth – Drink more water, take Saliva increasing Candies.
- Low BP-Do moderate Physical activities and Warm showers
- Constipation- Drink more water and eat Fiber rich Food.
- Weight Gain- Eat less and Eat better Food. Walk more and Engage yourself with Exercises
How to overcome
Frustration?
- Be in Present!! Don’t think about Future, while you are frustrated.
- Appreciate what you have and Reward yourself.
- Construct your “Present” and focus on Right strategies.

- Eat a Balanced diet
- Engage with Friends and Family
- Develop an immortal Hobby
