Sill, My craze over Atlassian JIRA is a Day dream. I would like to share some useful information about Atlassian JIRA.

Atlassian JIRA is an Issue tracking software which was developed by Atlassian. The major functions of Atlassian JIRA are Bug tracking, Issue Tracking and Project management. The craze over JIRA was sown by my Testing trainer. Later on, I made JIRA as my Self learning Concept.

To explain about JIRA in a Meaningful manner- The Product based companies develops projects with the help of its Development team. Development time may vary based on the Size of the project. As soon as the development team completes a Module, that particular module is handed over to the Testing team. Testing team tests the projects and sends the Testing report to the Project manager as well as the development team. In case of Bugs or critical issues, Development team should check the issue or Bug and resolves it.

Hence, The Business relationship rises between the development team, testing team as well as the Project manager. To manage the Project and to send the project related reports, The issue tracking software like Atlassian JIRA is used.

This software is user-friendly and one can easily create the Project and Issues. You can use the Free version as well as the premium version of this software.

I would like to dedicate My blog to the Man, my Bestie who is responsible for my Smile and he is the only person who encourages me to explore more about my Personal interests.

Hostel Life - A Bestow or Bane?

The Main aim of Education is the Advancement of the Knowledge. Parents may have vision about their Child’s Future and also each and every child has their Own Dream. To fulfill their Dreams One should be Well-educated. Education is a Key to each and every child’s irresistible Dreams. Some children study from their home as their school or College is nearby and some children choose the nearest or desired city to pursue their education. Parents afford their quality time and money to make their child literate in the blooming Society.

One should not put all their own vision to their child. Every Parent should allow their Child to develop in their own way with Parent’s care. Neither being careless nor Overwhelming affection ruins a Child’s growth.

Children who are studying in the Neighborhood go to School or College from their Relative’s home or they choose to stay in Hostel.  Discussing about Hostel, There are 3 kinds of Hostel. One is their own School or College Hostel. It is run by the Educational Institution. Secondly, there are many Private hostels in the City based on the reasonable Monthly tariffs with Advance. Next is Paying Guest, where one can Cook by their own. This Paying Guest Strategy ranges as per the Facilities available. Some boys choose to stay in Rooms where some House owners leave a Single room outside their Residential portion for Rent.

“Best thing that has happened this year could be my Hostel Life. It was a great experience.”
It is in Hostel, Students and Working Professionals may meet different People from different Background. They go to Shopping, Movie or walking together and have a Quality time with Hostel mates. The bond between two roomies is Long-lasting, sometimes ridiculous.
A Professional hostel have well-cleaned and disciplined environment. They fulfill the Needs and necessities of the in mates. Where as in PG and room kind, it is the Responsibility of an Inmate to take care of  his/her own necessities.
Hostels provide you three times food and 2 times Milk. There will be two or three cooks in each Hostel to take care of Dining Part. In Professional Hostel, care taker cleans the Rooms daily. Where as in PGs one should do by their own or they should offer Wages for the Cook and Cleaners.
Indeed, a Professional Hostel takes care of all the requirements of the Students. They respond to the Complaints mentioned by the Inmates and try to Solve as so as Possible.

An Insight over Pros and Cons of the Hostel:

Pros:

It makes a Student or Working people, accommodative with all the Circumstances of Life.

It helps the Students to learn How to Live in Harmony and Cooperation.

Students are trained to accustom automatically in self-reliance.

Students cannot roam outside beyond fixed hours.

Some of the Hostels have Play area and Study room. This helps the Students to feel, Home away Home atmosphere.

Cons:

Inmates have to live away from their Parents. Hence they don’t get the same care and Love as at Home.

Students learn to Live a Life of Fashion from one another and become Selfish. Some Students remains the same in Nature.

Some private Hostels are Money minded. Either they may get more rent or they decorate the Room, Congested and Place many Inmates in a Small Room for Money-making purpose.

As I mentioned above, Some Unprofessional Hostels may take time to solve the Necessities of the Inmates.
