International Yoga Day

Hey Friends, I feel happy to see you on the International Yoga Day! Do you practice Yoga? Most of the men prefer going to Gym while Women, young Girls and aged people prefer Yoga because of its Simple exercises and meditation. 

Yoga and Meditation is different. But if you do Meditation after Practicing Yoga, you and your Mind will be active throughout the day.
Yoga is a group of Mental, Physical and Spiritual discipline which was originated in Ancient India. There are variety of Yoga practices based on Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
I started doing Yoga, 15 days back and strive to wake up as early as Possible to Practice it, because it keeps me energetic throughout the day at Office.

Why do people prefer Yoga? There are 2 Common reasons, one is, Peace and other thing is Yoga Exercises are very flexible.

If you prefer Yoga for losing Weight, you must possess lots of Patience. You should have a Balanced diet as well.

No need of Gym memberships, Fees and no Expensive equipments, Yoga is timeless and it can be done anywhere without inconveniences.

So what’s next? Never be Late to begin a good Practice. Start doing Yoga to lead a Peaceful Life!!
